Selleck Palbociclib hydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of CDK4 and CDK6 with reported IC50 values of 11 and 16 nM. It inhibits retinoblastoma protein phosphorylation and is widely used to study G1-phase cell-cycle arrest, proliferation and cyclin D–CDK4/6 signaling.
