A dual-fluorescence live-cell assay for detecting total reactive oxygen species and superoxide production.
The Enzo Life Sciences ROS-ID® Total ROS/Superoxide Detection Kit contains two cell-permeable fluorescent probes for monitoring oxidative stress in live cells. The green reagent detects a range of reactive oxygen species, while the orange reagent is designed to detect superoxide.
The kit includes pyocyanin as a ROS inducer and N-acetyl-L-cysteine as an inhibitor control. It supports fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and microplate-based applications.
