The Invitrogen™ Click-iT™ EdU Proliferation Assay for Microplates provides a convenient method for measuring DNA synthesis and mammalian cell proliferation. EdU is incorporated into newly synthesized DNA and subsequently detected through a click chemistry reaction, followed by HRP-mediated fluorescence detection. Compared with traditional BrdU-based methods, this assay simplifies the workflow and avoids harsh DNA denaturation steps.
