Lonza EGM®-2 BulletKit® is a complete culture system containing EBM-2 basal medium and the supplements and growth factors required for selected human endothelial-cell cultures.
The medium is optimized for compatible HUVECs and selected aortic and pulmonary artery endothelial cells. The final supplemented medium contains 2% fetal bovine serum and defined growth factors, including VEGF, according to the manufacturer’s formulation.
