InvivoGen 2′3′-cGAMP is a synthetic mammalian cyclic dinucleotide that binds and activates STING. It reproduces the endogenous second messenger generated by cGAS following the detection of cytosolic double-stranded DNA.
STING activation by 2′3′-cGAMP induces IRF3-dependent type I interferon signaling and NF-κB-dependent inflammatory responses. Each lot is chemically and functionally evaluated for use in cellular innate-immunity assays.
