BD Pharmingen™ 7-AAD Viability Staining Solution is a fluorescent nucleic acid stain used to distinguish viable from nonviable cells. Because cells with intact membranes exclude 7-AAD, the reagent supports dead-cell exclusion during flow cytometry and can be incorporated into many immunophenotyping workflows.
