High-glucose DMEM with HEPES and no phenol red for specialized cell culture applications.
Gibco™ DMEM, High Glucose, HEPES, No Phenol Red is a sterile basal medium formulated for mammalian cell culture. It contains high glucose, L-glutamine and HEPES but does not contain phenol red or sodium pyruvate. The absence of phenol red makes the medium useful for experiments in which indicator dyes may interfere with fluorescence-based measurements.
