The Epizyme Omni-ECL™ Basic Chemiluminescent Detection Kit is a non-radioactive substrate system for detecting horseradish peroxidase attached to antibodies on western blot membranes.
The substrate and oxidant are mixed in equal volumes immediately before use. The resulting chemiluminescent signal can be captured using X-ray film or a compatible digital chemiluminescence imaging system.
