The Revvity DELFIA® Cell Proliferation Kit is a non-radioactive assay for evaluating proliferation or cytotoxicity in cultured mammalian cells. It measures BrdU incorporation during DNA synthesis using time-resolved fluorescence detection.
The kit can be used with adherent or suspension cells and supports direct assessment of cell proliferation and endpoint measurement of compound-induced cytotoxicity.
