Oasis Biofarm TrueGold Myelin Staining Kit is designed for staining myelin in frozen sections of brain and spinal cord tissue. It produces rose-gold staining of myelinated fibers and provides a rapid alternative to conventional myelin immunostaining and Luxol Fast Blue methods.
The kit contains a 5X staining solution and a 5X staining stop solution. It is optimized for fresh frozen sections, with a recommended section thickness of approximately 20 μm. This product is not suitable for paraffin-embedded sections.
