Epizyme Total RNA Extraction Reagent is designed for rapid isolation of total RNA from cultured cells and tissue samples. The extracted RNA can be used in downstream applications including reverse transcription, northern blotting, RNA enrichment and in-vitro translation.
When used with the appropriate protocol, DNA and protein can also be recovered sequentially from the remaining organic and interphase fractions.
