Human BD Fc Block™ is used to reduce nonspecific antibody binding mediated by Fc receptors on human leukocytes. Cells are incubated with the blocking reagent before staining with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies, helping improve signal specificity in multicolor flow-cytometry experiments.
