Sangon Biotech 2X High Fidelity PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use formulation containing Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, MgCl₂, dNTPs and optimized PCR additives.
The mix supports high-specificity amplification and produces blunt-ended PCR products. According to the manufacturer, it can amplify fragments up to 40 kb from simple templates, up to 20 kb from genomic DNA and up to 10 kb from cDNA under suitable conditions.
