The Lonza 4D-Nucleofector® X Unit is a functional module for the 4D-Nucleofector System. It supports suspension-format Nucleofection in either 20 µL 16-well Nucleocuvette strips or 100 µL single Nucleocuvette vessels.
The module can be used with a broad range of cell-type-specific Lonza reagent kits. It is intended for research involving primary immune cells, stem cells, neurons, endothelial cells and difficult-to-transfect cell lines.
