InvivoGen QUANTI-Blue™ Solution is a colorimetric enzyme-detection reagent for measuring alkaline phosphatase and secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase activity in biological samples such as cell-culture supernatants.
In the presence of alkaline phosphatase, the reagent changes from pink to purple or blue. The signal can be measured at 620–655 nm using a compatible microplate reader. The assay is optimized for standard 96-well plates and high-throughput 1536-well formats.
