A flexible benchtop sequencing system for exome, transcriptome, single-cell and targeted sequencing workflows.
The Illumina™ NextSeq™ 2000 Sequencing System is a mid-throughput next-generation sequencing platform designed for laboratories requiring scalable output across a broad range of genomic applications.
The system supports P1, P2, P3 and P4 flow-cell configurations and uses XLEAP-SBS™ chemistry. Depending on the selected flow cell and read configuration, it can generate approximately 10–540 Gb per run and up to 1.8 billion single-end reads. Integrated DRAGEN™ analysis helps streamline secondary analysis directly within the sequencing workflow.
