The Enzo Life Sciences FAM-FLICA® Caspase 3 & 7 Assay Kit uses the cell-permeable FAM-DEVD-FMK probe to label active caspase-3 and caspase-7 enzymes in living cells.
Labeled cells can be analyzed using flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy or a fluorescence plate reader. Propidium iodide and Hoechst 33342 are included to support assessment of membrane integrity and nuclear morphology.
