The Enzo Life Sciences CYTO-ID® Autophagy Detection Kit 2.0 provides a rapid, transfection-free method for detecting autophagic vesicles in live cells. Its fluorescent detection reagent selectively labels accumulated autophagic compartments with low lysosomal background.
The assay is compatible with fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and fluorescence microplate readers. It can be used to investigate autophagy induction, inhibition and flux or to screen potential autophagy modulators.
