The BD Pharmingen™ FITC BrdU Flow Kit provides reagents for detecting incorporated bromodeoxyuridine in proliferating cells. BrdU is incorporated into newly synthesized DNA and subsequently detected with a FITC-conjugated anti-BrdU antibody, allowing cell-proliferation and cell-cycle analysis by flow cytometry.
