A negative-selection kit for isolating untouched human B cells from PBMCs.
The B Cell Isolation Kit II, human is designed for rapid isolation of untouched B cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Non-B cells are labelled with a biotinylated antibody cocktail and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads and are subsequently depleted using MACS® magnetic separation. The unlabelled B cells are collected without direct antibody binding to their surface markers.
