Vazyme FastPure EndoFree Plasmid Mini Kit is designed to isolate high-purity, low-endotoxin plasmid DNA from 1–5 mL of overnight bacterial culture.
The kit uses optimized alkaline lysis, silica-membrane purification and dedicated endotoxin-removal buffers. Purified plasmid DNA contains no more than approximately 0.1 EU endotoxin per μg of DNA under the specified conditions and is suitable for transfection of a range of cultured cells.
