Santa Cruz Biotechnology Cyclin D1 Antibody (A-12) is raised against full-length human cyclin D1. It detects cyclin D1 in mouse, rat and human samples and is widely used to study G1/S cell-cycle progression, cellular proliferation and tumor-associated cyclin D1 dysregulation. The antibody may cross-react with cyclin D2 but is reported as non-cross-reactive with cyclin D3.
