The Revvity PhenoVue™ Cell Painting JUMP Kit contains six validated, pre-optimized fluorescent probes and an associated diluent for multiparametric morphological profiling of fixed cells.
The kit follows the JUMP Consortium Cell Painting protocol and labels cellular structures including nuclei, nucleoli, mitochondria, actin, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi and plasma membranes. It is suitable for phenotypic drug discovery, compound profiling and high-content screening.
