Promega pGEM®-T Easy Vector System provides a pre-linearized cloning vector containing single 3′-T overhangs for efficient ligation of PCR products generated by Taq and other nonproofreading DNA polymerases.
The vector includes blue-white screening capability and convenient restriction sites flanking the insertion region. The system supplies the components needed for ligation, including vector, control insert, ligation buffer and T4 DNA ligase.
