A negative-selection kit for rapid isolation of untouched human T cells from PBMCs.
The Pan T Cell Isolation Kit, human is designed to isolate untouched T cells from human PBMCs through depletion of non-T cells. Non-target cells are magnetically labelled and retained in a MACS® Column, while unlabelled T cells pass through for collection. Because the target T cells are not directly labelled, the kit is suitable for functional and activation studies where target-cell surface labelling may be undesirable.
